Beaufort Jasper was a beautiful place to work and the coworker was awesome to work with. I work in the Lab, Vista Vounteer Dept, Computer Services ,HIS DEPT, Medical Records Dept and now the Referral Dept. I am a recycle person from the 1970’s to 1985 and 1993 to now. God’s blessing. I probably missed some but it was an experience working and meeting new people.

Are the women also being offered midwife care for delivery at Henry Ford? This was not mentioned in the article. Midwives are also the experts in providing low risk women care during delivery and postpartum. In addition to providing continuous support during labor, they have lower C section rates, fewer NICU admissions, and lower postpartum complications as well as promoting baby friendly practices such as breastfeeding help, rooming in and family centered care. This should be a goal if not already an option.
