Kyle Fay of The Family Practice & Counseling Network in Pennsylvania discusses how the health center have successfully integrated SMBP into their practice. It helps clinicians think through solutions, best practices, and talking points for a discussion with SMBP with patients. This video was developed by NACHC as part of a cooperative agreement from the CDC and was designed for both care teams and patients to support optimal statin use in patients at high risk for a cardiovascular event.
